Ready to Apply?

 We encourage interested parties to download and complete the application once they’ve toured the house and confirmed that they find the terms agreeable.

The application is a pdf with editable fields that can be filled out on a computer (press tab key to move between fields) so you don’t have to print it out, fill it in by hand and then scan it — this should save time, resources, and usually makes it easier for us to read.

The application includes fields for three references; these should be mentors, former landlords, former roommates or old, old friends. There is also a field for the SS of each bread-winner, so that we can run their credit — a service we have to pay for; as such we charge $30 for the 1st bread-winner, and $15 for each additional wage earner.
